The containers <br /> were: <br /> 1. Partially full 5-gallon container labeled flammable hazardous waste liquid, accumulation start date 5-3-22. Label <br /> is missing the complete name and address of the generator. <br /> 2. Partially full 5-gallon container of non-RCRA hazardous waste solids(brake shavings). Label is missing the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> 3. Partially full 5-gallon container labeled toxic, neutralized lead acid battery electrolyte with soda ash, accumulation <br /> start date 6-1-22. Label is missing "hazardous waste", complete name and address of the generator, physical state. <br /> Note that this type of waste was hauled from the site as California hazardous waste code 181 on manifest <br /> 015626474FLE, dated 4-28-21. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
