0 <br /> Proposal of Clean-up of 23201 So. Santa Fe Road <br /> aka: The Bill Lane Site <br /> We propose to remove approximately 86,000 yards of fill ( referred to <br /> as the mountain) with two D-8/9 catapillar tractors. No. I tractor will push <br /> the dirt and debri from section "A" down to section "B". (See illustration) <br /> No. 2 tractor, with a rake, will separate debri from dirt. <br /> 1.) Rock, cement clods, bricks, asphalt, etc. larger than six inches will be <br /> loaded with a front loader into dump trucks and transported to Mun & <br /> Perkins for recycle into paving products. <br /> 2.) Metal will be reomved and hauled to metal recycler. <br /> 3.) Garbage and debri will be hauled to the nearest waste disposal site. <br /> 4.) All contaminates, if any, will be set aside and dealt with as necessary. <br /> Example: oil, petroleum products will be hauled to the nearest recyler such as <br /> California Coolant or other. <br /> 5.)U own products will be referred to the Enviromental Health division for <br /> classification and recommended disposal proceedure. <br /> 6.) Solids, as rock, brick, concrete, etc. smaller than six inches will be re- <br /> entroduced to the site and leveled. <br /> 7.)
