Clean Up Proposal <br /> 23023 Sante Fe, Riverbank, CA. <br /> The following plan is an endeavor to determine if <br /> there is contamination other than solid waste buried on <br /> this property. We as well as the county are aware that <br /> this ten acre parcel as well as parcels north and south <br /> were used as a dump site prior to state and county laws <br /> to regulate land use . With this thought in mind we will <br /> limit the depth of investigation as neither the county <br /> nor do we know at what level the prior dump may have <br /> been . We understand there may have been some dumping of <br /> small solids of concrete and asphalt . We as owners do <br /> not feel that removing this material and hauling to <br /> another dump site makes any sense . It is presently in a <br /> dump site whether approved by the county or not . <br /> There was junk and debri strewn across this <br /> property that has and is being removed. We would like <br /> to engage the county to assist us (in the interest of <br /> county clean up) to provide a dumpster to remove old <br /> tires and refrigerators from the property. We plan to <br /> entirely fence this property to prevent future dumping. <br /> THE PLAN: <br /> The size of the area to be examined is <br /> approximately as follows 500' long and 70' wide . <br /> We will cut 5 trenches 80' apart 2' wide 8' deep and <br /> 70' long .
