Santa Fe Road, Riverbank, California
Dear Mr. McClellon:
As my recent Voicemail messages indicate, Cal State Mortgage Company has
entered into an agreement to sell the former Linch property and would like to inform the
prospective purchaser of the status of PHS/EHD's compliance and enforcement activity in
connection with the illegal dumping of debris on the property
As you know, the debris has been removed from the surface of the property and
access to the property has been restricted. Time is of the essence in this pending sale, and we are
assuming that the removal of the debris and securing of the property have been completed to
PHS/EHD's satisfaction. If our assumption is not correct, please so notify us by calling Peter
Bednarek at Cal State Mortgage Company as soon as possible. He can be reached at (209) 957-
1934. Unless you inform us to the contrary, we will inform the buyer that we have complied
with PHS/EHD's Notice and Order, and that no further action is required at the property at this
time.
We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible
Very truly yours,
Sherri M.
