I <br /> 1 . Cease and desist any further unauthorized disposal of <br /> 2 <br /> solid/hazardous wastes on said property. <br /> 3 <br /> 2 . Remove all unauthorized solid/hazardous wastes from <br /> 4 <br /> said property and transport to a permitted disposal or recycling <br /> 5 <br /> facility, and correct the aforementioned violations by July 11, <br /> 6 <br /> 2000 . Start field operations to remove and dispose or recycle <br /> 7 <br /> solid/hazardous wastes by June 12 , 2000 . Comply with all <br /> 8 <br /> applicable local, state, and federal requirements for handling, <br /> 9 <br /> transporting, and disposal or recycling of solid/hazardous wastes <br /> 10 <br /> during site cleanup. <br /> 11 <br /> 3 . 0 Submit a detailed plan and schedule for compliance with <br /> 12 <br /> the aforementioned violations to San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> 13 <br /> Health Division by May 12 , 2000 . Provide with the plan names of <br /> 14 <br /> proposed cleanup contractor (s) , hauler(s) , and disposal and <br /> 15 <br /> recycling facility together with evidence of applicable <br /> 16 <br /> licenses/permits required to perform tasks and accept wastes . <br /> 17 <br /> No part of this Notice and Order shall be construed to <br /> 18 <br /> preclude San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, or <br /> 19 <br /> other local, state or federal agencies from taking additional <br /> 20 <br /> enforcement actions regarding this property. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT: <br /> 23 <br /> 1 . Pursuant to Public Resources Code, section 45011, the <br /> 24 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division has the authority <br /> 25 <br /> to administratively impose a civil penalty not to exceed five <br /> 26 <br /> thousand dollars ($5, 000) for each day on which a violation <br /> 27 <br /> occurs, and not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15, 000) in <br /> 3 . <br />
