Peter Bednarek and Sherri Kirk from Delta Fundit <br />were present. Mike Huggins and Robert McClellon from the Environmental Health Divisi( <br />were present, DeeAnne Watkins of County Counsel was also present. The meeting was to t: <br />and resolve the issues at the site. The outcome of the meeting was an agreement from Del <br />Funding to have the property surveyed, secure the property and to have the surface de <br />removed. The agreement was to include some limited site work to determine the extent of <br />buried solid waste. Peter Bednarek of Delta Funding indicated that he would get a letter to <br />effect prior to the next compliance date of July 11, 2000. <br />The Environmental Health Division received a letter from Sherri Kirk Attorney for I <br />Funding. The letter was dated June 12, 2000. The letter confirmed the agreements that Del <br />funding made during the meeting (See Exhibit R, incorporated herein by reference). <br />The Environmental Health Division received a letter from Peter Bednarek of Del <br />Funding, dated July 13, 2000. The letter indicated that Delta Funding was going to have <br />property surveyed and secured. The letter indicated that this was scheduled for July 17, 2000 I <br />Exhibit S, incorporated herein by reference). <br />On August 2, 2000 The Environmental Health Division received a contract <br />Wong Engineers and Cal State Mortgage. The contract is for services to determine the sou <br />boundary of the parcel. There was a hand written not on the contract indicating that the <br />would be completed next week (See Exhibit T, incorporated herein by reference). <br />On August 7, 2000 The Environmental Health Division received a fax letter from S <br />Kirk Attorney for Delta Funding. The letter from Sherri Kirk was addressed to Ms. Trudy I <br />of San Joaquin County Code Enforcement. The letter indicated that Delta Funding was wol <br />with The Environmental Health Division to try and resolve issues at the site. The I <br />indicated that Delta funding agreed to have the property surveyed, secure the property and h <br />the area suspected of solid waste burial investigated (See Exhibit U, incorporated herein <br />Page 7 <br />
