The purpose of the site access is to conduct an intrusive
investigation of the subject IDS in order to determine the horizontal and vertical extent of waste,
to characterize the waste, and to sample for analytes such as heavy metals and unburned organic
materials left in the soil matrix.
I
To date, through cpmmunicating and working with your office, four parcels of property, and
possibly a fifth parcel, have been identified that appear tc be affected by the presence of waste at
the IDS. Fromthe information provided by your office, which was obtained from the
San Joaquin County Assessor's Office, three of the parcels have been identified as Assessor
Parcel Numbers (APN):
1. APN 249-060-12
2. APN 249-060-13
3.
