Official documents may be obtained at: wf-
W"
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
(209)468-3420
FAX# (209)464-0138
(When recorded mail to the above address)
NOTICE OF DISCLOSURE
FOR
CLOSED DISPOSAL SITE
Re: The Property at:
Owner's Name:
Assessor's Parcel Number:
Legal Description:
Solid Waste Information System,No.:
Records maintained by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) and
the State of California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) indicates that the above
described property contains a Disposal Site that closed prior to the adoption of regulatory
standards. The risk that the site poses to public health and safety and the environment is
unknown. Old solid waste sites can generate hazardous landfill gases that must be controlled. As
required by the California Public Resources Code, Sections 40000 et seq., this property is subject
to inspection and potential mitigation. The filing of a release of this notice shall be contingent
upon the submittal of such evidence to the EHD and the CIWMB that the property no longer
meets the definition of a closed site.
Prior to the development of this site, a risk analysis will be required to determine if mitigation
measures will be necessary. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 21190 of Title 27 of the California
Code of Regulation, the EHD and/or the CIWMB must be notified prior to any future
development on this parcel.
COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN
Date
For Donna Heran, RENS, Director
Environmental Health Department
