Santa Fe Road <br /> Riverbank, CA <br /> The following chronology was prepared from the 23023 S. Santa Fe Road facility file for <br /> your review. If you have any additional questions, please contact me at 468-0332. <br /> 06/03/98 —Inspection of the Bill Lane property this date revealed that some waste had <br /> been placed on the neighboring property located at 23023 S. Santa Fe Road, <br /> Riverbank, owned by Leonard Lynch. <br /> 06/18/98 —The Environmental Health Department (EHD) received a letter this date from <br /> Mr. Alan Coons, Attorney for Cal State Mortgage. The letter made several <br /> comments with regard to the county's motives in attempting to have the <br /> property cleaned up. <br /> 06/26/98 —Robert McClellon researched the property history at the County Planning <br /> Department. The Lynch and Lane properties were part of the Snyder Dump <br /> prior to being sold and split. <br /> 06/29/98 — Steven Mindt and Alan Biedermann of the EHD conducted a site inspection. <br /> Alan Biedermann identified the fence line that Leonard Lynch had indicated <br /> was the property line. This was different from the location Bill Lane had <br /> indicated as the property line. Steve Mindt stated that the property needed to <br /> be surveyed. <br /> 07/24/98—The EHD mailed an abatement letter to Delta Funding. <br /> 10/06/98 — Meeting with Dee Anne Watkins and Robin Drivon of County Counsel; Jack <br /> and Elsie Merenda of Prudential Real Estate; Alan Coons, Attorney for Cal <br /> State Mortgage; Jerry Oberhelman of the California Integrated Waste <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
