The <br />grading plan was prepared by Delamare-Fultz Engineering and Surveying to prevent ponding and soil <br />erosion due to high run-off velocities. This grading plan is a supplement to the Workplan for Site <br />Mitigation previously prepared by Ground Zero Analysis, Inc.
