Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. <br />SITE SAFETY PLAN <br />SANITATION AND DECONTAMINATION <br />Personnel Decontamination Procedure: <br />All contaminated personal protective equipment (i.e., gloves, coveralls) will be placed in sealed 5 - <br />gallon containers pending laboratory analysis. <br />Location of Wash Water. Portable, <br />Location of Toilet. Portable <br />Location of Drinking Water. • Portable <br />Equipment Decontamination Procedure: <br />Materials to be disposed of: <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br />Equipment will be washed with laboratory grade <br />detergent. <br />All soil and water produced will be stored on-site in <br />sealed 5 -gallon containers until appropriate disposal <br />methods are determined. <br />In case of an emergency the site safety officer or project manager must notify the branch safety <br />officer. The site safety officer or her/his alternate will notify outside emergency response agencies <br />(ER) as needed, the branch safety officer, and the project supervisor/manager. The branch safety <br />officer will make any required reports to local, state, and federal agencies.
