The inspections reveal the following violations of the <br />California Administrative Code and/or conditions of the current <br />Solid Waste Facility Permit: <br />1. Compacted debris is not being covered with six (6) <br />inches minimum of clean cover material each and <br />every twenty-four (24) hour period.(Section 17682, <br />California Administrative Code) <br />2. Compacted debris deposited more than 180 days has <br />not received an intermediate cover of one (1) foot <br />minimum of clean cover material.(Section 17684, Cal- <br />ifornia Administrative Code) <br />3.
