Persons registered by the State-Water Resources Control Z 0 Board as Liquid Waste Haulers will be registered as hazardous waste U haulers by reciprocity upon signing the statement required in Section 66428 (b) . (77) Redesignate 60223 as 66444 and amend to read® 66444. Issuance of Registration as a Hazardous Waste Hauler. The Departme'nt sl-,all register the applicant-as a hazardous waste hauler after the applicant has met the requirements of Section 66428. (78) Redesignate 60225 as 66452 and amend Subsections (d) and (e) to read: (d) The suspended hauler shall take prompt action to correct violations cited by the Department or he may, within 15 days of receipt of the suspension noticepetition the Department for a hearing in accordance with Section 66344. (e) The suspension shall remain in effect until the violation has been corrected to the satisfaction of the Department or until the Department makes a final determination based on the outcome of a hearing in accordance with Section 66344 of this Chapter. The determination may result in termination of the suspension, continuation -of the suspension or revocation of the registration.
