Frank McDermott <br />Subject: Monitoring Report: Forward, Inc. <br />Class 11-1 Disposal Site, - <br />San Joaquin County, California <br />Gentlemen: <br />This report covers the period October through December, 1980 in compliance <br />with the monitoring requirements set forth in Order 73-183, Monitoring <br />Report Program, ' <br />Croup 2 solid waste received during the reporting period was transported by <br />vehicles owned and operated by Forward, Inc., the site owner. This refuse <br />consists of relatively dry commercial and industrial solids collected chiefly <br />from unincorporated areas within San Joaquin County. Prior to disposal, <br />salvable materials, chiefly paper products and metals, are removed at the <br />sife recovery center. Unrecoverable waste is then transported to the trench <br />disposal area located at the southeast site corner for final dlsposal.
