January 20, 1981 <br />Project 116-1 .3 ^ <br />_4 - <br />Group l sludge wastes placed in Disposal Trench #3 are covered, when possible, <br />on a dally basis with a minimum 6/ thickness of clean earth, as requested by <br />representatives of the California Department of Health Services. <br />The remedial work associated with recompactlng the floors of Pond #1, #2, #3 <br />and #4 was not completed as originally scheduled as we could not obtain the <br />services of a contractor.
