a <br /> Article 3 . Vehicle operating Requirements <br /> 2420 . Registration Certificates . Each vehicle registered <br /> by the state board for the hauling of liquid waste shall display <br /> in a conspicuous place , and in accordance with instructions, any <br /> registration certificate supplied by the state board . <br /> 2421. Use of Only Registered Vehicles. Only vehicles <br /> registered with the state board shall be used for the hauling of <br /> liquid waste . <br /> Article 4. Disposal of Liquid Waste <br /> 2430 . Dis2osal at Approved Sites . Liquid waste shall be <br /> disposed of only as authorized by Sections 2431 , 2432 or at sites <br /> approved for the particular group of waste in accordance with <br /> Subchapter 15 (commencing with Section 2500) of this chapter. <br /> This section becomes effective upon the effective date of <br /> Subchapter 15 . <br /> 2431 . Discharqe to Drainer a Systems. There shall be no <br /> discharge of liquid waste into drainage systems which transport n <br /> storm waters or other surface waters into waters of the state <br /> except at locations and in conformance with waste discharge <br /> requirements prescribed by the regional water quality control <br /> board having jurisdiction. <br /> 2432. Discharge to Community Sewer Systems. There shall be <br /> no discharge of liquid waste by a liquid waste hauler into a <br /> community sewer system without prior written approval of the <br /> operator of such system or his agent in accordance with Section <br /> 14042 of the Water Code . <br /> Article 5 . Records of Waste Hauling and Disposal <br /> 2440 . Records To Be Maintained by Waste Haulers . Registered <br /> liquid waste haulers shall maintain a legible record of each load <br /> hauled upon forms approved by the state board. <br /> 2441 . Record Maintenance and Inspection. Records of liquid <br /> wastes hauled shall be maintained by registered liquid waste <br /> haulers at their business address for a period of not less than <br /> one year and shall be available for review by representatives of <br /> the state or regional board at any time during normal business <br /> hours . <br /> - - <br />
