SAN J 0 A Q U 1 N Environmental Health Department <br /> u ; i y 1 Iii <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON FIRE STATION#2 110 W SONORA ST, STOCKTON August 24, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: 4230 cubic feet of oxygen and 252 cubic feet of acetylene were found on site that have not been <br /> reported to CERS.Add the materials to the chemical inventory and then make a new submittal in CERS.The max <br /> daily amount of diesel should be changed from 500 gallons to 1300 gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. A site map key/legend is needed to define o and S/O.The loading <br /> area, emergency response equipment, evacuation staging area, and storm drains are not located on the site map. If <br /> acronyms and symbols are used a site map legend is needed Add the missing elements to the site map and make a <br /> new submittal in CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> FA0003877 PR0512074 SCO01 08/24/2022 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 2 of 4 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
