The business plan was submitted <br />late on 2/20/2018 for the year of 2018. The business plan was submitted late on 2/28/2019 for the year of 2019. The <br />business plan was not submitted for the year of 2020. The business plan was submitted late on 2/12/2021 for the <br />year of 2021. The business plan was submitted late on 2/15/2022 for the year of 2022. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This violation was corrected. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 violation found during the <br />inspection. All violations have been corrected. The carbon dioxide storage are and chemical area were <br />inspected. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($156).
