1 q. On October 18, 1993 Kelly McCoy an employee of <br /> 2 the Environmental Health Department spoke to Thomas Sweeso of <br /> 3 the Community Development Department. Ms . McCoy was trying to <br /> 4 determine the status of the case against Bill Lane. Mr. Sweeso <br /> 5 indicated that the case was stalled because Bill Lane was <br /> 6 Bankrupt and nothing had been done on the property, nor had the <br /> 7 garbage been removed. Mr. Sweeso indicated that David Irey was <br /> 8 handling the court-ordered cleanup. <br /> 9 r. On March 25, 1994, Kelly McCoy sent a letter to <br /> 10 Deputy District Attorney David Irey requesting copies of any <br /> 11 correspondence received in regards to the subject property (See <br /> 12 Attachment L) <br /> 13 S . On December 6, 1994, Jeff Carruesco an employee <br /> 14 of the Environmental Health Department conducted a routine <br /> 15 inspection. The site was issued an Area of Concern for improper <br /> 16 disposal of garbage. The site was issued an Area of Concern for <br /> 17 litter (See Attachment M) . <br /> 18 t . On April 17, 1995 Jeff Carruesco an employee of <br /> 19 the Environmental Health Department conducted a routine <br /> 20 inspection. The site was issued an Area of Concern for un- <br /> 21 authorized salvaging being conducted at the site. The previous <br /> 22 conditions still remain at the site (See Attachment N) . <br /> 23 u. On December 19, 1996 Jeff Carruesco an employee of <br /> 24 the Environmental Health Department conducted a routine <br /> 25 inspection.
