Lane <br /> 23125 S:'- Henrp Road <br /> Riverbank, CA .95367 <br /> Property located on the west <br /> side of Santa Fe Road, 1400' <br /> north of the Stanislaus River. <br /> Dear Mr. Lane: <br /> An inspection made on November 2, 1977 revealed that you -are operating <br /> a disposal site at the above location without written approval from the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District. This action is in violation of Title <br /> 14 of the California Administrative Code. In order to bring this property <br /> into compliance with this regulation, the following conditions must be <br /> corrected: <br /> 1. Cease all dumping on the above mentioned property. <br /> 2. All debris consisting of asphalt, concrete, wood, and other <br /> miscellaneous debris must be removed to an approved disposal <br /> site or covered with a minimum thickness of 2 feet of compacted <br /> cover material with a comctable quality of the existing soil. <br /> The above violations must be corrected. immediately.
