Clear blockage immediately and provide proper drainage so that there is no surfacing <br /> sewage. Corrected temporarily, per kitchen manager they are not using those sinks currently and someone is supposed <br /> come later today to fix the pipes. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The paper towel dispenser at the small gym concession 2 comp sink was empty, paper towel roll on <br /> counter was currently being used. Provide paper towel in dispenser today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
