COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> 2:02 pm <br /> 1:15 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: DENISE'S FARMERS MARKET Date: 08/24/2022 <br />Address: 950 W MANTHEY RD, LATHROP 95330 <br />Owner/Operator: EASTBURN, DENISE Telephone: (209) 402-4902 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0055156 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />CO0055156 states: "COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE CAFE THAT IS LOCATED INSIDE THIS FACILITY IS FILTHY, THE <br />WARMERS NEVER GET CLEANED, THE WALK IN COOLER IS LEAKING AND THERE IS A BIG PUDDLE." <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: The warmers at the Cafe have food accumulation. Clean and sanitize the warmers as well as the <br />counter underneath. Correct today. <br />NOTE: Upon inspector's arrival, an employee was already working on cleaning the warmers. <br />The walk-in cooler condenser fans are leaking condensate (middle bank of fans) onto the shelving below and is causing <br />water to puddle inside the walk-in cooler (no open food is being stored under the fans). Take action to repair the condenser <br />fans to proper condition ASAP. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment <br />shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards.
