Please submit the test results there for processing.We no longer accept test results submitted directly to inspectors and must go through the UST email for processing. Regarding the results. I noticed they are dated 9/26/2022 for certification for all of the sensors and it says they all passed. We did the monitoring system certification on 9/23/2022 but S10 and S16 didn't pass high liquid and I don't recall doing a full test on all the sensors on 9/26/2022. On 9/26/2022 we tested S10 and S16 which passed for high liquid. I also noticed the spill container results were for 9/14/2022,was that a typo since we did spill container testing on 9/15/2022?We also did overfill that same day 9/15/2022. So I would expect to get: - Monitoring system certification results for 9/23/2022 marking no to "Are all sensors installed to detect a release at the earliest opportunity in the secondary containment?" and S10 and S16 marked as a fail and a note in section 9 that S10 and S16 did not alarm for high liquid. - Monitoring system certification results for 9/26/2022 for S10 and S16 showing they passed. This one would probably be marked as "repair" because I believe the sensors were replaced. - Spill container results for 9/15/2022 - Overfill prevention equipment results for 9/15/2022 Also per CCR 23 §2637. (a)(1)(A) secondary containment test should be conducted six months after installation. Six months from installation would be March 2023. Please ensure secondary containment gets conducted by March 2023. Thanks!
