Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 5. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> 6. The stockpile of diesel-contaminated soil has been remediated to the point where there <br /> is no significant threat to public health or the environment according to correspondence <br /> from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board's (CVRWQCB) dated 25 <br /> July 2019. This soil stockpile is to be used for road base at this site only (CVRWQCB <br /> Correspondence 25 July 2019). <br /> 7. Open, pump, and backfill the abandoned septic tank located near the green houses on <br /> APN: 22813027, 22770 S. Frederick Avenue, under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 8. Obtain an onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) permit for the farm labor mobile- <br /> home on APN: 22813027, 22770 S. Frederick Avenue, Ripon (San Joaquin County <br /> OWTS Standards Section 2). <br /> 9. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 1868 E.
