Contact the local Fire District , the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District , and the local <br /> Community Development Department for applicable permits . <br /> 2 . Any changes shall be submitted to the EHD for approval prior to commencing work, including <br /> change in contractors , service technicians , installers , etc . All new submittals supersede the <br /> previous ones . <br /> 3 . Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual <br /> physically present at the work site , at all times while work is being performed , who possesses all of the <br /> following : <br /> • One of several permissible valid , current contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State <br /> License Board ( may be issued to the installation company ) <br /> • A valid , current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code Council <br /> ( ICC ) <br /> • A valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer( s ) of the component( s ) being installed <br /> 4 .
