SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL : <br /> 8 . The following items must be completed prior to scheduling the final inspection : <br /> a . An accurate and drawn to scale as-built drawing , which indicates the location of the UST system <br /> ( underground storage tanks , piping , auxiliary and monitoring equipment) with respect to buildings <br /> or other landmarks , per CCR 2711 ( a ) ( 8 ) , must be submitted to EHD . <br /> b . Copies of any required installation checklists ( tank , etc . ) must be submitted to EHD . <br /> c. The designated operator ( DO ) training requirement must be satisfied , per CCR 2715 (f) . <br /> d . Submit to CERS all applicable hazardous materials , hazardous waste , and UST submittals . The <br /> submittal must be approved by EHD . <br /> 9 . A " UST Certification of Installation /Modification " form for installed tank systems shall be submitted into <br /> CERS by the owner or operator, pursuant to CCR 2635 ( d ) . <br /> 10 . All outstanding up-to -date fees must be paid prior to receiving the final approval to operate . <br /> This permit expires at the end of the calendar year.
