Based on the information provided the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for
standard OWTS usage for the proposed development pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
Percolation test conducted on 2 August 2022 yield percolation rate of 1.06 min/inch. At this rate a 20'
soil separation is required between bottom of dispersal field and the groundwater. Groundwater is
reported at 60-70 feet below grade. (San Joaquin County OWTS Standard Table 1.10.2).
c. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the
Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability
Study & Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &
9-1110.4).
If you have any questions please contact Aaron Gooderham, Registered Environmental Health Specialist,
REHS, at agooderham@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3062.
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
CC: Advanced Geo, Inc.
837 Shaw Road
Stockton, CA 95215
1868 E.
