H2O2 <br />YUBA CITY, CA 95991 <br />RE PROPOSED <br />Dear Mr. TINAJERO: <br />CHEVRON — SR0077485 <br />1231 N MAIN STREET <br />MANTECA, CA 95336 <br />This letter indicates San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) approval of <br />drawings submitted for the proposed CHEVRON — SR0077485, subject to the following <br />condition(s): <br />1. All ice machines and bins, food preparatio <br />units), display cases and refrigeration units, a <br />discharges liquid waste, shall be drained by <br />through an air gap into a floor sink or other a <br />to be positioned to be readily cleanable, as <br />with finished floor.
