This versatile unit combines Asian and Western <br />cooking techniques that allow you to produce the tasty meats of your choice <br />in minimum time. With the ability to hold up to 100 Ib. of ribs, 12 chickens, or <br />30 Ib. of tenderloin, this unit is ideal for keeping up with demands in your <br />busy commercial kitchen. <br />Featuring fiberglass -insulated, double wall construction, this unit's stainless <br />steel exterior and aluminized steel interior with epoxy coated legs is <br />designed to withstand rigorous use in your establishment. Three gas burners <br />deliver a total of 45,000 BTU of cooking power, and temperatures may be <br />thermostatically controlled from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, a <br />safety pilot system is included for maximum operator security. <br />Ribs and tenderloin may be suspended from the six included skewers on <br />two cooking levels, and flavorful smoke is generated by the drip shields <br />during the cooking process. A safety grate and water pan are also included <br />for optimum results.
