<br />	OBSERVATIONS:Floor and hard to reach corners, underneath the cooking equipment, prep table and cooling unit at the
<br />	cooking area, have a lot of grease and food debris.Walls behind the cooking equipment and on the sides of the cooking
<br />	area, have grease and splatter. Clean floor and walls today and as needed.
