Most violations resolved. Continue working on pending violations. No re-inspection. <br /> Official inspection report was emailed to the operator. <br /> To minimize person-to-person contact,the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br /> NOTE:A piece of plastic is being used as a splash guard between the hand washing sink and ice bin at the bar. If this no <br /> longer works as a splash guard a metal splash guard will need to be installed. The hand washing sink shall be separated <br /> from the ice bin by a metal splash guard, if separation is less than twenty-four(24)inches.
