Percolation test conducted on July 6, 2022 yielded a percolation rate of 50 minutes/inch. At this rate,
a five-foot soil separation shall be required between bottom of dispersal field and groundwater
pursuant to San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Standard table 1.10.2. Per SSNL
Study, groundwater on site is reported between 150 feet below surface grade.
3. The OWTS and its 100% replacement areas shall meet all required minimum setbacks stated in San
Joaquin County (OWTS) Standard and Well Standard.
If you have any questions please contact Frank Girardi, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist,
at fvgirardi@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3044.
':Ztzz Z_' Z__
(Zr-
Steven Shih, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: Sammy and Heather Cox 2015 Trust, PO Box 1592, Linden CA 95236
1868 E.
