Eight Mile Road, Lodi <br />APN 059-210-046, Sr0085735 for PA -2200030 (GP) and PA -2200031 (ZR) <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br />Loading (SSNL) Study, dated August 16, 2022 and has the following comments for your consideration. <br />The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) usage <br />and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater from the proposed General Plan Amendment and <br />Zone Reclassification pre -application. The underlying project includes a truck parking yard. <br />Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings: <br />Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSNL Study supports the suitability for <br />standard OWTS usage for the proposed development pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance <br />Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d). <br />Percolation test conducted on yielded a percolation rate of 12.5 minutes per inch on Parcels 1 At this <br />rate, a 8 -foot soil separation shall be required between bottom of dispersal field and groundwater <br />pursuant to San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Standard table 1.10.2. Per SSNL <br />Study, groundwater on site is reported between 67-69 feet below surface grade. <br />3.
