Hwy 120 Escalon
Dear Paul,
After speaking with Steven, uncovering the Distribution box is required. Also, each leach line needs its own separate
connection to the distribution box per code. Not only is this a code requirement but it will give your leach field longevity.
I went over corrective action with your contractor onsite.
Please let me know if you have any comments or questions,
Aaron Gooderham — REHS
Environmental Health Department — County of San Joaquin
Website: https://www.s*gov.org/department/envhealth/
Main Line: (209) 468-3420
From: Paul Franzia <paul@franziafamily.com>
Sent: Wednesday, August 17, 2022 1:33 PM
To: Shih, Steven [EHD] <sshih@sjgov.org>
Cc: Gooderham, Aaron [EHD] <agooderham@sjgov.org>
Subject: RE: Zinc House Farm, 500013999 at 20679 E. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the
sender and know the content is safe.
Steven,
I wanted to follow up on my voicemail from earlier today.
The excavator operator who installed the leach field told me yesterday that a women inspector with the EHD did inspect
the D -box with the individual branch lines to each leach line. He couldn't recall her name and has no record of this.
