Drainage flows into the large pond in the center of <br /> the parcel. Excess flow may be pumped across the levee into the San Joaquin River. <br /> Biological Resources <br /> Describe any wildlife habitat or species on-site: <br /> The following habitat occurs at the edge of the site area: Delta smelt (Hypomesus transpacificus) within the San Joaquin <br /> River which abuts the Western margin of the property. <br /> Identify any waterways and/or riparian habitat that may be disturbed by the proposed project:(See Chapter 9-1510 of the <br /> Development Title for Riparian Habitat Regulations): <br /> No waterways or riparian habitats will be disturbed by the proposed project. <br /> Identify any Native Oak trees, Heritage Oak trees,or Historical trees that may be disturbed by the proposed project: (See Chapter 9- <br /> 1505 of the Development Title for Tree Regulations): <br /> There are no Native or Heritage Oak trees or Historical trees that will be disturbed by the proposed project. <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br /> Updated 06118119 <br />
