Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan <br /> The Home Depot Store#1006 <br /> 1 Introduction and Site Information <br /> This Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan (Plan) has been established for The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc.'s (The <br /> Home Depot's) Store#1006 (Store#1006; Site), located at 250 Commerce Ave. in Manteca, San Joaquin County, <br /> CA(see Figure 1). <br /> The Store is a retail location stocked with consumer products and consists of a single 107,537-square foot <br /> commercial building, surrounded by paved parking areas for employee and customer automobile parking, and <br /> some landscaped areas. <br /> The Site is considered a state of California large quantity generator(LQG)of hazardous waste and maintains US <br /> EPA ID No. CAR000087239. Wastes are typically generated when consumer products are returned, damaged, or <br /> spilled and may include, but are not limited to, waste fertilizers and pesticides, waste flammable liquids, waste <br /> toxic solids, waste toxic liquids, waste aerosol cans, and waste alkaline/corrosive liquids. <br /> www.arcadis.com <br /> 1 <br />
