INTRODUCTION <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of two parcels totaling 572.8 acres. It is comprised <br /> of seven Assessor's Numbers. The project is in a agricultural area with a property zoning of AG-80. <br /> The addresses are 7007, 7111, 7313, 7327, 7338, 7451, and 7463 W. March Lane, Stockton, <br /> California. The property Assessor's Parcel Numbers are 071-140-01, 02, 07, 08, 09, 10, and 11. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create six parcels from <br /> the existing 572.8 acre parcels. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present <br /> owners, Francesca Muzio DeMello,Anna L. Solari,and Rita Busalacchi,have owned this property <br /> for well over 20 years. The past and present uses of the property have been for agricultural <br /> purposes. There is an existing home. <br /> 3.0 CHEMICAL AND PHYSCAL PROPERTIES OF SOIL <br /> 3.1 Description of existing chemical and physical properties of soil: For a description of the <br /> chemical and physical properties of the soils underlying the site, refer to Section 5 of the Soil <br /> Suitability report prepared by Dillon& Murphy attached in the Appendix. <br /> 3.2 Description of the mass transport properties of the soils underlying the site with respect <br /> to the nitrate and/or any other constituent of concern identified for the project site: The <br /> percolation test holes prepared by Dillon& Murphy encountered groundwater at a depth of <br /> approximately 2.5 feet. Due to the shallow depth of groundwater throughout the project site,the <br /> results of the percolation test would be inconclusive. <br /> The soil in this area is classified as Kingile Muck, Rindge Muck, Ryde Silty Clay loam, and <br /> Valdez Silt loam as stated in the Soil Survey of San Joaquin County, as provided by the United <br /> States Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER ANALYSIS <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth to groundwater, seasonal fluctuations of groundwater depth, <br /> directional flow and gradient: Description of depth to groundwater, seasonal fluctuations of <br /> groundwater, directional flow and gradient are referred to in Section 4 of the Soil Suitability <br /> Report prepared by Dillon& Murphy that is attached in the Appendix. <br /> 1 <br />
