3.6 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic <br /> tank usage on site. There are no immediate plans for any more dwellings. Each proposed parcel <br /> is entitled to a primary residence and a second unit dwelling. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION: <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> ground water in this area is approximately 4 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth <br /> to Groundwater" published Spring, 1999, by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. <br /> 4.2 Description/Discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination <br /> issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this <br /> area are deemed significant due to the depths involved. Also, as with any agricultural <br /> area, there is always potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. <br /> 4.3 Description of location, type and construction of well and location where water sample(s) <br /> were obtained: Water samples were taken from a spigot at the well located at 13000 W. Woodbridge <br /> Road on November 22, 2011 by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. <br /> 4.4 Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are <br /> being tested for nitrates and DBCP. <br /> 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: <br /> The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the well located at 13000 W. Woodbridge Road. <br /> The samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy, and driven directly to Precision <br /> Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech <br /> requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. <br /> 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party <br /> sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. For <br /> Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted information: <br /> The complete chain of custody document is located in the Appendix. <br /> 5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION: <br /> 5.1 Site map showing location,with dimensions, of the soil profile pit on the parcel: <br /> There are no soil profile pits to show. When the soil profile pits were prepared, ground water was <br /> encountered at approximately 3.4 feet. As stated in Section 4.1, ground water in this area is <br /> approximately 4 feet.
