3.6 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic tank usage on site. There are no immediate plans for any more dwellings. Each proposed parcel is entitled to a primary residence and a second unit dwelling. 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION: 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to ground water in this area is approximately 4 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater" published Spring, 1999, by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. 4.2 Description/Discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area are deemed significant due to the depths involved. Also, as with any agricultural area, there is always potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. 4.3 Description of location, type and construction of well and location where water sample(s) were obtained: Water samples were taken from a spigot at the well located at 13000 W. Woodbridge Road on November 22, 2011 by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy. 4.4 Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are being tested for nitrates and DBCP. 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the well located at 13000 W. Woodbridge Road. The samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. For Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted information: The complete chain of custody document is located in the Appendix. 5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION: 5.1 Site map showing location,with dimensions, of the soil profile pit on the parcel: There are no soil profile pits to show. When the soil profile pits were prepared, ground water was encountered at approximately 3.4 feet. As stated in Section 4.1, ground water in this area is approximately 4 feet.
