March Lane, Stockton <br />APN 071-140-01, 02, 07, 08, 09, 10 & 11 (SR0085724) <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Robert McClellon, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Michelle Henry, REHS <br />Elena Manzo, REHS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br />Loading (SSNL) Study, dated August, 2022 and its addendum received October 5, 2022 and has the following <br />comments for your consideration. <br />The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) usage <br />and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater from the proposed subdivision PA -2100281 (MS). <br />Based on the information provided EHD has the following comments: <br />1.
