Box 388 <br /> Stockton CA 95201-0398 <br /> JAIL MAINTAINED BY THE CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> 22 EAST MARKET STREET, STOCKTON, CA <br /> On November 30, 1994 , Mark Barcellos, REHS, conducted an <br /> inspection of the Stockton Police Department' s temporary <br /> holding facility as required by Section 459 of the California <br /> Health and Safety Code . <br /> On page three, item 12a, of the Medical/Mental Health Services <br /> Section of the inspection report, a deficiency was noted that <br /> contents of the first-aid kit need to be restocked and <br /> approved by the City Physician. <br /> Action has been taken to correct the deficiency. Contents of <br /> the first-aid kit have been refilled and Dr. Wesley McAllister <br /> (City Physician) has inspected and approved the first-aid kit <br /> for the temporary holding facility. Steps have also been <br /> taken to monitor the contents of the first-aid kit . <br /> I feel we are now in full compliance with Title 15 of the <br /> California Code of Regulations and welcome reinspection if you <br /> so desire .
