The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for UNLIMITED COMPANY INC DBA : SMIT FARMS as of September <br /> 09 , 2022 . <br /> Open violations from August 10, 2021 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site . <br /> OBSERVATION A 500-gallon gasoline tank used for fueling equipment, a 350-gallon diesel tank used for fueling <br /> equipment, a 500-gallon diesel tank to be used for operating a well pump , a 55-gallon drum of methanol , at least 90 <br /> gallons of propane , and an estimated 275 gallon caged tote of unknown agricultural chemical were found on site <br /> that have not been reported to CERS . Also found on site was a 500-gallon empty tank to be used for fueling <br /> equipment, according to James (JD) Salisbury, Manager . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at <br /> http : //cers . calepa , ca , gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory , and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) . <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Asite map shall contain a north orientation , loading areas , internal roads , adjacent <br /> streets , storm and sewer drains , access and exit points , emergency shutoffs , evacuation staging areas , hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas , and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as " NA" . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at <br /> http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/, upload the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
