PHFs are kept hot/cold until served. <br />Breakfast is served from 7:15-7:45 AM and lunch is served from 11:15 AM - 12:45 PM. <br />Currently cafeteria is only used to dispense meals and students eat either outside or in classrooms. <br />All utensils are disposable and no warewashing occurs on site, trays are sent back to LUSD Central Kitchen. <br />Spray bottle that has 400 ppm quat solution is used to sanitize surfaces. <br />Quat test strips available on site. <br />Discussed report with Amanda Ibarra. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
