Printed out a satellite image of the
area.
Visited the location and found the access from Standford blocked with a fence.
Took Union Pacific access road behind the supposedly vacant property and saw
an RV and several tents. Some of the tents are also on the parcel owned by Union
Pacific.
Discussed the situation with Scott and he said that he would put it on CST.
Used the pictures taken during the postings to create a photographic log and filled
out an Official Inspection Report. Put the complaint on Scott's desk with a note
asking for it to be put on CST.
Discussed the situation with Steve Thomas from CDD and Bill Hughes. CDD is in
contact with the owner and they state that they are going to get a no-trespassing
order. Will hold on to complaint and check back.
Visited the location again, as EHD was informed by CDD that SO was removing
the occupants. At the location, I saw that all of the occupants were going and a
private company was actively cleaning-up the junk and trash.
Used the pictures taken during my status check to create a photographic log.
Created an Official Inspection Report that stated that all of the occupants of the lot
have been removed and the trash was in the process of being remove during my
inspection.
Abated the complaint and turned it in to Mr. Sangalang for review.
Activity Date
04/28/2022
04/28/2022
04/29/2022
05/02/2022
07/07/2022
07/11/2022
Recorded by
SUSZYCKI
SUSZYCKI
SUSZYCKI
SUSZYCKI
SUSZYCKI
SUSZYCKI
5105 rpt
