Cooked shrimp on cold hold unit at the back, has <br />temp at 49F. Provide 41F or below to all cooling units and food items held on today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F.
