Complaint Investigation Summary
Report #: 5105
'COMPLAINT ID: C00054362 Site Location: 2900 E HARDING WAY
Received by: EE0000467 CARRUESCO
Received Date: 10/13/2021 oomplaint Received Via.- INTERNET / EMAIL
Assigned To: EE0009828 MURO
Assigned Date: 10/13/2021
Program/Element Code 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM
Nature of complaint:
FOOD TRUCK DJ'S TRI TIP LICENSE #8C96823 MAY BE OPERATING WITHOUT A PERMIT
PROPERTY INFORMATION
Property Name:
Site Location 2900 E HARDING WAY
District
002 - MILLER, KATHERINE
STOCKTON, CA 95205
Location Code 99 - UNINCORPORATED AREA
Cross Street
APN
14310020
rsT
Complaint Status:
Date Abated 16 "*. 2-) Abated By.
Activity Summary
Activity Date Recorded by
10/26/2021 I went to the commissary and spoke to DJ who is the owner for the truck that is MURO
allegedly operating without a permit. DJ stated that he has a permit for his other
mobile food truck, however, he was using the newer one for a wedding one day and
then had left over food and decided to park and sell it. He did not know he was in
violation and would like to correct it. DJ knows the commissary is at full capacity
and cannot accommodate additional mobile food trucks. He wants to know if he can
remove the current mobile food truck from operation and go through the new
permitting process for the newer mobile food truck. I let him know I would discuss
with Program Coordinator Jeff Carreusco and get back to him.
It was determined that EHD will accept the newer mobile food truck plans for a plan
check and will issue a permit after final plan check inspection and payment of fees.
The mobile food truck will replace the former truck at the commissary.
5105. rpt
