A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE CAME OUT FRONT <br />AND TOOK THE COMPLAINANTS ORDER & PAYMENT. THE EMPLOYEE WHO HAD BEEN RUBBING HER•FEET GOT UP, PUT HER CROCS <br />(SHOES) BACK ON, AND BEGAN PREPARING THE COMPLAINANT'S FOOD WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. COMPLAINANT LET THE <br />CASHIER KNOW. COMPLAINANT STATES THE CASHIER WENT INTO THE KITCHEN, RINSED OFF THE COMPLAINT'S FOOD, AND PUT THEM <br />INTO A POT-WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS AFTER HANDLING MONEY. Spoke to the food MURO <br />manager about the complaint received regarding lack of hand washing by two <br />employees. The manager stated they were not aware of any complaints regarding <br />this matter. The manager granted consent for me to inspect the premises. <br />Per owner, facility uses the 3 compartment sink for washing their hands because <br />the facility lacks a hand sink in the kitchen. Observed hand soap in a dispenser <br />and wall-mounted paper towels at the 3 compartment sink. <br />The hand wash sink in the staff restroom had an empty hand soap dispenser and <br />the paper towels were not mounted on the wall or in a dispenser. Hand washing <br />soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall <br />be maintained in good repair. <br />The restroom lacked a dispenser for toilet paper. Toilet facilities shall be <br />maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a <br />permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. <br />Employee was cutting raw shrimp on a cutting board placed over a bucket while <br />sitting over an upside-down bucket. The container with the raw shrimp was placed <br />on the floor during this process. All food shall be separated and protected from <br />contamination. Notified the food manager. Food manager stated that the <br />employee will be washing the shrimp and ask the employee to pick up the shrimp <br />and utensils and finish task on the counter.
