The form <br /> should include observation results daily recordings such as Average Daily Flow, Peak Daily Flow, and <br /> quarterly sampling results such as TSS, BOD , and Nitrates at both influent and effluent points as <br /> proposed in the O&M (San Joaquin County OWTS Standards 7. 12 ; EHD will review and revise if <br /> appropriate the quarterly sampling requirement after 2 years of continuous operation . ) Submit this form <br /> to EHD for review by 10/2712020 <br /> 3) The Testing Protocol on Page 6 of the O&M stated the BOD and TSS Reduction rate should be "590" , <br /> and the Nitrate discharge levels at 10 mg/I or less . Please clarify if "590" means >90% reduction of <br /> BOD and TSS between the influent and post treatment effluent, and the operational procedure when <br /> these sampling or monitoring parameters fall out of range: i . e. Recirculate, adjust the alkalinity feeder, <br /> taking the system off-line, etc. Please submit an addendum that will address these issues to EHD for <br /> review by 10/27/2022. <br /> 4) Exhibit 2 of the Plan indicated a Solid Pump Vault and a tight line extending from Building 2 (Fuel Tank <br /> Storage Building) which is adjacent to Building 3 (Truck Wash Center) , to Building 1 (Gas Station & <br /> Truck Stop). Only domestic sewage is allowed to discharge into the OWTS. No basement, footing or <br /> surface drainage or discharge from water softener, iron filter, pool filters, or water treatment systems <br /> shall be permitted to enter any part of the OWTS.
