Met with the manager at Denny's. I MURO <br />informed the manager of the alleged complaint above. Manager reported that they <br />were unaware of the complaint and allowed that I inspect the facility. Manager <br />described and showed me the facility's hash brown processes. The restaurant <br />stores the hash browns in the product packaging in the dry storage room. The <br />hash browns are hydrated in the food prep sink and then stored in the cooler <br />adjacent to the prep sink until ready to restock the supply in the chefs station <br />drawer cooler beneath the griddle. The hash browns are made to order and <br />served immediately after cooking. No issues were identified in the hash browns' <br />source or processes. <br />Inspection Report was emailed to owner at: bill@hotcakesinc.org <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, END is choosing to write the name of <br />person receiving the official inspection report instead obtaining a signature. <br />5105.rpt <br /> Page 1 of 1
