Met with the manager at Denny's. I MURO <br />informed the manager of the alleged complaint above. Manager reported that they <br />were unaware of the complaint and allowed that I inspect the facility. Manager <br />described and showed me the facility's hash brown processes. The restaurant <br />stores the hash browns in the product packaging in the dry storage room. The <br />hash browns are hydrated in the food prep sink and then stored in the cooler <br />adjacent to the prep sink until ready to restock the supply in the chefs station <br />drawer cooler beneath the griddle. The hash browns are made to order and <br />served immediately after cooking.
