SAN J toNIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: STARBUCKS COFFEE #10818 Date 02/22/2022 <br />Address: 1705 E FREMONT ST, STOCKTON 95205 <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209) 469-2934 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054695 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT FOUND COCKROACH IN DRINK, WOULD LIKE A CALL BACK FROM INSPECTOR. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Complaint investigation at 1705 E Fremont St. Met with store manager, Vanessa Alfaro. Briefed her on the complaint <br />received by the department. The assistant manager was aware of the incident. She stated that they have pest control services <br />once every three months, and can call them any time should they require services sooner. Assistant manager stated that they <br />called the past control service. Assistant manager granted access to the facility. I inspected area dry storage, cold storage, <br />inside and under cabinets, and dispenser areas. No violations associated with the complaint were identified. Inspection report <br />was emailed to assistant manager. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
