The facility has
four 1,500-gallon bins of trash which are picked up by Waste Management three times a week. I saw some trash around the
bins, such as card board boxes. The bin area was in the process of being cleaned up by the facility custodian. The facility
custodian cleans up three times per day: 4 AM, 12 PM, and 4 - 6 PM. The rest of the facility was adequately kept clean.
Inspection report emailed to operator.
To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured.
FA0006386 C00054696 SC004 02/24/2022
EHD 16-23 Rev. 01/07/2021
Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
